Trying to capture the essence of infinite in words is like trying to describe a way of life. It's big, challenging and interesting, it can be innovative and fun or 'run of the mill' and routine, but it always relies on relationships and trust!

Our culture demands that people are given far more accountability and responsibility at an earlier age. The role of a more experienced person is to help the junior person, rather than tell him or her what to do task by task. Structures tend to be very flat so quite often there isn't a junior person at all.

Autonomy rules! We are actually a group made up of medium sized businesses. These are run not by 'bosses', but by exceptional managers who champion their particular area and lead by example.

Our Vision

Once 'Visions' were only associated with Old Testament prophets, religious mystics and the mad!

The word 'Vision' actually means two contradictory things: 'something you see' and 'something you can't'. Both are present in the Latin word 'visio' which means both the 'act of seeing' and 'an idea'. The word arrived in England in the 13th century, later being used scientifically for the sense of sight. The use of 'business vision' is an adaptation of the 19th century political usage meaning 'statesmanlike foresight'.

Today, every company wants to be 'visionary', but what does it truly mean to infinite's Group of companies? Quite simply 'Everything'; our vision is what drives us, it supports us and guides when we have tough decisions to make. Hence, our Vision could only be one thing!
