Highly Commended Status - National Business Awards Regional Programme

The infinite Group, whose award winning and market leading companies include infinite Field Marketing Solutions and The Field Marketing & Consultancy Group, has been award the coveted Highly Commended status in the Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year Category for its entry in this year’s National Business Awards sponsored by Orange.

This is the second year in a row the infinite Group has received Highly Commended status. Last year, the IT & Data Department received recognition in its Best Use of Technology Category.

The Company has always focused on providing efficient services to its clients, retaining its aims and goals of providing tailored solutions.

It has achieved this through adopting a customer focus policy, engaging stakeholders and developing strategies which has increased customer acquisition and retained customer satisfaction.

There has been continued investment and development in its most important asset - its people, through a structured training programme and increasing headcount in the HR Department with a new position of Training and Development Officer.

To be recognised in a national business programme is testament to the hard work of everyone involved.
